Terms

 

1. There is a minimum charge of 3 days.

2. Collection at Palma Airport is possible 24 hours a day. Between the hours of 22.00 and 08.00 there is a small surcharge for delivery.

3. At the time of reservation you will be asked to pay a deposit of 20% of the full rental price.

4. If the vehicle is returned later than the agreed time stated in the rental contract, a surcharge of 10 Euros an hour is applicable.

5. Only named drivers have the right to drive the car. A second driver can be added to the contract without extra charge. If you wish to have more than two drivers on the contract there will be a  small surcharge.

6. Child booster seats and baby seats can be provided on request at time of booking.

7. Third party insurance is included in the price.

8. Collision Damage Waiver - please ask for details relating to your chosen car. 

9. Theft of the vehicle is covered if the client returns the vehicle key to our stated office. If the key is not returned, the client is liable for the market value of  the vehicle .

10. Not Covered . Theft of objects inside the vehicle, damage to the undercarriage of the vehicle, wheel rim and tyres other than normal punctures, loss of keys, damage to or excessive soiling of the interior of the vehicle, damage beyond normal wear-and tear.

11. In case of an accident, we will not automatically offer a replacement car - it will depend on the circumstances.

12. Cars are always delivered with a minimum of half a tank of fuel and we expect a vehicle to be returned with the same fuel gauge reading. If this simple rule is not adhered to, there will be a charge to cover the amount of missing fuel plus a surcharge of 6 Euros.

13. We accept cancellations up to four weeks beforehand without any loss of deposit. If the reservation is cancelled closer to the time there will be a  20% charge.

14. We rent cars by groups. It is not usually possible to choose a specific model in the group.The listed cars in the groups serve to show typical sizes and models.
